Shipping:

We currently offer shipping exclusively within the EU.

• Netherlands: €6.00 for standard shipping. Enjoy free delivery for orders over €250.00.
• European Union: For EU countries, shipping is €20.00. Orders over €350.00 qualify for free delivery.
• Studio Pick-Up: You can also schedule a pick-up at our design studio. For this service, please email info@mariehandwovens.nl to arrange an appointment.
• Rest of the World: If your shipping destination is outside the EU, please reach out to us at info@mariehandwovens.nl . We'll be happy to assist you in finding a suitable shipping solution.

Please be aware that our shipping costs do not include import duties and taxes.

Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Orders that are refused upon delivery or are not collected, are charged € 15.00 restocking costs.

All items purchased at retailers and not via our online store can not be returned to our online store. You should contact your retailer.

Return Policy

It's important to note that this return policy applies only to items purchased directly from Marie Handwovens, and proof of purchase will be required when processing returns.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

Please be aware that all handmade items might show signs of the hands that made them: small skips, color imperfections, curved selvedges, and the like. These are normal and add to the charm and uniqueness of each piece.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom-made, semi custom-made, personalized goods or sale items.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Marie Handwovens. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and traceable mail service. Please keep in mind that we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipment. Refunds will only be processed once the item has arrived in its original condition. If the item arrives soiled or damaged, please contact the shipping company for further assistance.
